People have spent years spending a small fortune making their kitchen a showstopper but the bedrooms have always played second fiddle - Not any more!
Bedrooms would always be a nice cool shade of white, cream or beige with a vanity area and then the only splash of colour came from the bedding. This has changed! We have noticed a huge upturn in coloured cabinets and bold, rich coloured doors for bedrooms. This is one of our favourites - A rich forest fruit purple door with woodgrain cabinet for a great contrast and warmth without being overpowering.
Don't be afraid to really go all out with your bedroom design and colour scheme - Have fun with it
You could follow the latest monochrome trend and have white cabinets with super matt black doors or why not try one of our many painted finishes for the doors like the olive green, nautical blue or even Pink that we have?
What's stopping you?
If you don't want to go all out with a bold colour why not mix and match the colours - Have the majority of your bedroom in a lighter colour and choose a rich, bold accent colour for just the vanity section, bedsides or drawer fronts - Don't be afraid to mix it up! You can also use your bed and bedding to lighten the whole room too. You don't have to have matching bedding and accessories to the colour of your robes.
